Financial Analyst

Daniel Cochran is the Financial Analyst, where he provides support to the Partners at The Carta Group. In this role he manages client data, assesses client investments, offers personalized investment recommendations and facilitates the implementation of more efficient systems and processes. Through these responsibilities, he is able to ensure that clients receive strategies that are comprehensive and effectively guide them towards a more comfortable financial future.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University where he focused on investment strategy and corporate finance. While in college, he was the Vice President and Captain of the club lacrosse team and was assistant coach and co-founder of the South Texas Sharks Youth Lacrosse Organization.

Daniel began his financial services career with The Carta Group in 2018 as an intern. He is committed to providing The Carta Group’s Partners with the necessary resources and information so your family can reach your goals. Daniel is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 Candidate which recognizes the integrity and competence of financial analysts.

When Daniel is not working he enjoys reading, playing basketball with his younger brothers, and attending Syracuse University sporting events. Born and raised in Syracuse, Daniel currently lives in Jamesville, NY with his family and two dogs.
